Custom bike concept 001. Urban DAKAR
A concept I created a while ago. Something I've been thinking about recently is how one would come up with a series of custom bikes that have a unique character but are all individual machines. Wrench Monkees and DEUS both do a really good job of this. I'm going to do a series of illustrations and see if I can come up with something. Obviously it'd be better if I just built the bikes but I don't have money/time/bikes/welding skills/space/tools for such an exercise. So I'll just draw them and see how it goes.

My heart rate still hasn't gone down, anyone who's ever twisted the throttle on a motorcycle and felt that rush of adrenaline that comes with riding "quick" will appreciate what these men do.
